*I am an experienced REALTOR, and my professional training after graduating from college began as a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA"), working for one of the largest international public accounting firms, KPMG. (It's been over 25 years ago, BUT WAS PRICELESS EXPERIENCE by teaching me to ask the right questions and back up my work with good details & support).
*While working as a CPA at KPMG, I received a great offer to go serve as Controller for a large, residential developer & homebuilder in the Kansas City metro area. That experience has turned out to be beneificial as well, because after serving as Controller there, I was given the opportunity to supervise the construction of brand new homes from the ground up. At the same time, I was also awarded the opportunity to oversee the new home sales in my area.
*These experiences provide a great depth of knowledge to draw upon, and I have gained the friendships of many residential construction experts to call upon, should I ever need an independent opinion to benefit my real estate clients.
